Melanie Stover

Melanie Stover brings an extensive clinical sales background to the organization. She has worked in various territories as a successful sales leader as well as a top producer.

Melanie has led numerous workshops and field training programs for clients, focusing on training clinicians to be better salespeople and training professional salespeople to produce more in less time through account management, successful selling skills, sales leadership, personal branding, time management, and improved customer service.

Melanie is the author of numerous articles and manuals including:
• Dx Sell ™ Diagnosis Based Selling system
• Care Partners – A guide to reducing readmissions
• Revving up referrals - Target Markets
• Therapy Departments a secret source of referrals

She is an Occupational Therapist with an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s of Science in Information Systems Management. Melanie has been a consistent speaker for the Home Care Industry.

Live events include: NAHC, CAHSAH, TAHC, HCAF, HCAOA, and numerous Corporate National Meetings on the topics of Sales and Field Marketing.

Today Melanie currently leads and coaches organizations throughout the country.

Cheryl Peltekis

Cheryl Peltekis, RN is an infectious leader in the Home Health and Hospice Industry. Cheryl built from the ground up and ran a multi-million dollar Medicare Certified and JACHO accredited Home Health and Hospice for over 20 years deficiency free!

Cheryl is the rare clinician who “gets” sales and business development. Author of “The Five Steps to Sales Success”, “Super Hero Customer Service”, and "5 Step High Performance Selling Manual”. Cheryl was also the host of a radio weekly talk show, “Health Matters” and developed multiple diseases management programs such as:

• The Beat Goes On, CHF disease
management program
• Put the Diet back into Diabetes
management program
• “Breathe” COPD management

Cheryl opened her business in 1995, at the age of 26 and has served as her agency’s chief growth driver. She is also a clinician with a fine eye for detail and helps agencies with overall operational and sales strategy.

She was awarded “Sales Manager of the Year” by Playmaker CRM in 2013. Since 2013, Cheryl opened her consulting business, Penta Care consulting, and was quickly acquired by Home Care Sales by Power Shot training where she is the only RN partner with operational experience.

Currently, Cheryl is a very active voice in the home and  hospice industry and a sales manager for several organizations throughout the country.

Eric Crump

Eric began his professional career as a chemical process engineer upon graduation from the University of South Carolina. He built two successful Butylation product processes before embarking on a career in health care. He graduated nursing school in 1998, and worked one year as an orthopedic nurse at the Upstate Carolina Regional Medical Center.

After leaving the hospital, he spent the following 5 years as a home health nurse for Interim Health Care in Charlotte, NC. These experiences paved the way for him to market home care services for various Interim Healthcare franchises, encompassing both skilled nursing and home-based private duty services. He devoted five years to developing strategies and market research before moving on to sales management and consulting.

Eric Crump served as Vice President of Business Development for AMH Medical group for 5 years. During his tenure he oversaw the fastest Medicare census growth of any company in the home health sector. His team increased the Medicare census from 3800+ patients in 2012, to over 8200+ Medicare patients at the end of 3Q 2017.

He was previously the assistant head sales coach for TAG Home Care Marketing March of 2009 through April 2012. He is the author of several effective home care sales specialty programs and education series including 20 community education classes and a 17 part caregiver support series.

Jason Lewallen

Jason has roughly 15 years of sales experience, most of it acquired as a traveling musician. In 2008, the music industry was hit hard by the recession.

No longer able to make ends meet with music alone, Jason moved to Florida where he began his career in home health. He learned the ins and outs of home health marketing and quickly found his passion in the sales process.

His love of sales brought him from Florida to Tennessee to take over business development efforts for PlayMaker CRM. Over the next three years, he helped grow the company, expand their outreach, and build synergetic partnerships within the industry.

Jason has helped hundreds of agencies grow and rise to their potential. He is an industry author, a technology evangelist, a seasoned speaker, and a trusted voice.

His passion comes in the form of assisting agencies to have the resources and finances they need to fulfill their unique mission.
